RE:  July 17, 2012 Rule To Show Cause Hearing

Due to a directive issued by the Child Support Enforcement Division of the South Carolina Department of Social Services, the above rule to show cause hearing, to which you are summoned, is cancelled.

The hearing being cancelled should not be misconstrued, in any way that your child support payments have been suspended.  You should continue to make your payments as directed in your child support order.
