Organizations interested in applying for Accommodations Tax Funds or Temporary Alcohol Beverage License Fee Funds (Festivals) from Lexington County for the Fiscal Year 2024/25 should complete an application for appropriate funding source.  Application deadline is Friday, January 5, 2024.  Please see links below for instructions and applications.

Accommodations Tax Funds FY 2024/2025

Must be used for tourism-related expenditures which comply with Section 6-4-10 of the South Carolina Code of Laws, 1976, as amended.

Please note: Organizations are required to provide an audit of how funds were used during the preceding fiscal period of July 1 - June 30 prior to applying for subsequent funding. Disbursement of funds will be made after the festival and will require an accounting of all revenues and expenses with copies of supporting documentation. Please include the Final Report Form (enclosed) with your supporting documents. Any funds not accounted for must be returned to Lexington County at the end of the fiscal year.
